Where do I park?

Parking is located in the Lambeau Field parking lot or the Blue lot across from the Resch Center. Parking is cashless! Credit or debit cards only.
ADA/Disablility parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Blue Lot and is subject to parking fees as they apply to everyone. Any persons with a disability may be dropped off in front of the Resch Center or Resch Expo.

Is there an elevator?

There is an elevator in the center of the lobby.

Is there an area for nursing mothers?

There are two dedicated rooms for mothers who are nursing. One is on the first floor and one on the second floor. Both are near the women's restrooms on each floor. In addition, family restrooms are also available. Please don't hesitate to ask a customer service representative to direct you to the rooms.

Are service animals allowed?

Service animals or animals in training, as defined by the American Disabilities Act, are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. It must remain at your side at all times.

Is the Resch Expo smoke free?

The Resch Expo is a smoke-free building. Smoking or the use of e-cigarettes inside of the complex may result in ejection from an event and/or receiving a citation.

What are the box office hours?
-
Ticket Star is the official ticketing company of the Resch Expo. The Ticket Star Box Office is located in the lobby of the adjoining building, the Resch Center and will be closed for lobby hours through Labor Day with a few exceptions.
Ticket Star's call center hours are:
- Monday – Thursday: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Day of events: 10 a.m. until 1 hour after event begins
The Resch Expo Box Office will typically be open only when there is an event to walk up and buy tickets.

Are there ticket refunds, exchanges or adjustments?

There are no refunds. All ticket purchases are final, unless your event gets canceled. Ticket Star would refund any tickets you purchased for the event that gets canceled in the Resch Expo.
Note that ticket prices and fees are subject to change at any time for many types of events and there are no adjustments or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.

How do I download mobile tickets?

When you purchase a mobile ticket, you will be emailed a link that will be a barcode of your tickets and you will use your phone.
For easier entry, we highly recommend downloading your mobile tickets to your phone before arriving to the event. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay) or Samsung Pay.
If you need to send the tickets you received via email to friends, just forward your email to them with instructions as to which ticket to download. Do not print your mobile tickets at home, they will not scan at the entrance. If you want printed tickets you can ask the box office to print them when you arrive. Do you have a re-entry policy?

In most cases, guests attending an event at the Resch Expo may leave and come back if they get their hand stamped at the front entrance by a guest services representative. However, some events may have a no re-entry policy. Please be sure to check with a guest services representative before you leave if you want to come back.

Are wheelchairs available for use?

It is recommended anyone who needs assistance getting around for an event bring their own assistance or mode of transportation.

Are strollers allowed in the Resch Expo?

For most events, you may bring a stroller into a Resch Expo event. A possible exception would be if the event is a concert.
Note....this policy differs from the adjoining Resch Center, where strollers are not allowed.

Is there a coat check?

The Resch Expo does have a coat check on the lobby level, however it may not be staffed. If it is not staffed, customers are allowed to hang their coats in the room at their own risk.

Is there a lost child procedure?

Our staff has a detailed communication plan in case of a lost child. The child will remain with event staff or law enforcement personnel until parents are located. If you are looking for a lost child or need assistance of any kind, please contact any of our Resch Expo staff members.

What is the weapons policy?

All weapons and firearms are not allowed in the Resch Expo.

Do you have valet service?
-
The Resch Expo does not offer valet service. Parking is directly across the street in the Lambeau Field parking lot. Guests who prefer not to walk across Oneida Street may be dropped off in front of the buidling on Armed Forces Drive.

What items are prohibited?

- Weapons of any kind
- Anything that could be used as a weapon
- Coolers
- Bags measuring larger than 8.5 x 11 inches
- Suitcases
- Backpacks
- Laser pointers
- Selfie Sticks
- Audio/Video recording equipment
- Professional type cameras without proper authorization
- Food and beverage carry-ins or beverage containers
- Laptop computers/tablets/Ipads
- Umbrellas
- Balloons
- Spray String
- Inflatables
- Animals or pets of any kind unless they are a service animal or a service animal in training that qualifies as such under ADA guidelines

Is there a lost and found?

If lost items are found they are taken to the Ticket Star Box Office in the lobby of the Resch Center. You may call Ticket Star at 800.895.0071 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. M-F to see if an item was found.

Do you offer public tours?

We offer tours to community groups and high school or college classes on a limited basis when possible.

What is our customer courtesy policy?

We ask that all customers demonstrate courtesy and common sense when attending events at the Resch Expo. Improper conduct, including profane or abusive language, and throwing objects, may result in ejection from the building.

What are the security procedures?

The Resch Expo creates a safe and secure environment for guests. Venue security personnel reserve the right to determine the method of security checks deemed necessary, including the use of metal detectors and the search of clothing and/or other items.

What is the camera policy?
-
The camera policy varies by event and is determined by the event producer. Since cameras are not allowed for all events, please call the Ticket Star Box Office located in the Resch Center at 800.895.0071 in advance for more information. If cameras are allowed the only cameras allowed are small point and shoot digital cameras that can fit in your pocket. Long lens, professional type cameras are NOT allowed.

Is Wi-Fi available in the Resch Expo?

Public Wi-Fi or wireless internet access is available in the Resch Expo. There is no password required to access it.

Is the Resch Expo ADA accessible?

The Resch Expo's entrance, box office, concession areas, and restrooms are all ADA accessible and compliant.
